As part of the PPM process, we prepare maintenance schedules of all the equipment within the plant room and properties. These schedules act as a basis of a maintenance schedule for the site.

We ensure all plant items have service visits scheduled in line with the product manufacturers requirements. We ensure all site files are maintained and completed on-site.

We build regular inspection visits into our PPM schedules. These are created to align with the amount of equipment on-site and potential to arise undetected. We ensure all the statutory compliance checks are carried out and the corresponding documentation is maintained.

Included in this we offer a 24 hr call out service 365 days of the year. Performance response timescales are essential when dealing with service and breakdown issues. We will ensure that you have an engineer to site as soon as possible and that any faults are dealt with in the quickest most practical manner.
